Your privacy matters. Gym Progress is designed to keep your data private and under your control. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is stored, and what your rights are.

What data the app stores

All data is entered by you. The app does not collect or infer any data automatically beyond what you explicitly log.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in two places:

• On your device – using Apple's SwiftData framework in your app's private storage.
• iCloud (optional) – if you are signed in to iCloud, your data is synced to your private iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. This sync is end-to-end encrypted and only accessible with your Apple ID. We have no access to your iCloud data.

Data we do not collect

• No account or registration is required
• No analytics or usage tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No location data
• No health or biometric data beyond what you enter manually
• No data is ever sold or shared with third parties

Third-party services

Gym Progress does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only external service used is Apple's iCloud/CloudKit for optional sync, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Deleting your data

You can delete all your data at any time directly within the app:

Today tab → ☰ Menu → Delete All My Data

This permanently removes all workout logs, programmes, and weight entries from your device and iCloud. The action cannot be undone.

Children's privacy

Gym Progress is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
