These Terms of Use govern your use of the Gym Progress app ("the App") developed by Michael Rygaard ("we", "us"). By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
All workout, exercise, and weight data you enter belongs to you. We do not access, use, or share your personal data. Data is stored on your device and optionally synced to your private iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Gym Progress is a personal training tracker and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions or injuries.
We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage that may result from following workout plans or data recorded in the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
