Have a question, found a bug, or want to suggest a feature? We'd love to hear from you.
Send us an emailYes — if you are signed in to iCloud on your device, your workouts, programmes, and weight entries are automatically synced to your private iCloud account. You can also trigger a manual sync from the Today tab: tap ☰ → Sync Now.
If iCloud sync was active before you reinstalled, your data should restore automatically within a few minutes after opening the app while connected to the internet. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID. If data does not appear, try ☰ → Sync Now.
Open the Today tab, tap ☰ in the top right, then tap Delete All My Data. This permanently removes all data from your device and iCloud and cannot be undone.
Set timing (seconds per rep, set duration) was added in a later version of the app. Workouts logged before this feature was introduced do not have start-time data, so timing graphs will not appear for those sessions. All new workouts will have full timing data.
In the programme builder, enter a weight value in the Kg field and then tap the ± button next to it to toggle it negative — for example, −20 kg for a band-assisted pull-up. When editing a completed workout, you can type a minus sign directly in the Kg field.
Currently the app is built around structured programmes. Go to the Programs tab, tap +, and create a programme with at least one session and one exercise to get started. It only takes a minute.
The Simulate section in Graphs shows example charts for Squat, Bench Press, and Pull-ups with realistic progression data. It lets new users see what their own graphs will look like after a few months of consistent training.
